Applied Mathematics Colloquium

Applied Mathematics Colloquia are held in Phillips 332, Wednesdays at 4:00pm unless otherwise noted. There will be a pre-colloquium social from 3:30 – 4:00pm in Phillips 330. Talks cover a wide range of subjects, including fluid dynamics, scientific computing, biophysics, soft matter, biomechanics, networks analysis, and multiphysics systems to name a few examples. The audience is mixed, composed of faculty and graduate students with backgrounds in applied and computational mathematics and a broad range of applications, including biology, biophysics and biochemistry, data science, fluid mechanics, materials science, and medicine.
