“Political geometry: how and why shapes matter for voting districts”

The Association for Women in Mathematics chapter and the Department of Mathematics are excited to announce the public lecture “Political geometry: how and why shapes matter for voting districts” by Dr. Moon Duchin from Tufts University.

The lecture is scheduled for Monday, November 6th starting at 6:30pm in the Genome Science Building – Auditorium G200. Refreshments will be available starting at 6:00pm.
